The use of firefighting tools and equipment is the responsibility of the individual purchasing these items. Firefighters requires a great deal of training and instruction to ensure protective equipment is worn properly and the tools are used in the correct manner. It is the responsibility of each customer to follow manufacturers guidelines and ensure they have the proper education and training for them to be utilized.

WARRANTY ISSUES:

Items purchased that are defective or failed under unusual circumstances will be considered for warranty based on manufacturer approval. Additional information, such as photos may be required, and the product may have to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. The costs of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer and the item may be replaced, repaired, or warranty rejected at the discretion of the manufacture.

PRICING

The prices provided on the ResQstore reflect current pricing. These prices are continually being updated in response to market conditions, the economic environment and manufacture price increases. We have the right to make corrections to any errors in mistype.

PAYMENT:

Orders placed by individuals can be paid for with either VISA or MASTERCARD. There is no surcharge added for items ordered by credit card,

In addition to the price provided, taxes and shipping charges will be applied at checkout based on the complete list of items selected and boxes requires. At the completion of checkout, payment will be processed. 

SALES TAX:

We collect taxes based on provincial and local regulations. Tax is applicable to the product and associated shipping costs.

SHIPMENTS TO UNITED STATES:

All shipments to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post. The end user will be responsible for any taxes or duties collected by the country and will not be covered by the Resqstore.
