Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock at our facility will typically ship within 3-5 days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If a customer orders an item that is not a stock item, an emailed confirmation will be sent to the end user within 48 hours confirming estimated shipping date for the complete order.

Once items have left our facility, a tracking number will be provided to the customer, so they can track the arrival of their order.

The rates are calculated are based on the items being sent as one (1) complete shipment. If a customer wishes to have some items shipped sooner than others, it is possible but additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to maintain a large inventory of items to allow for timely delivery. In some instances, there will be an extended delivery as some items are built to order or backordered by the manufacturer We recognize the importance of communication and we will keep you updated on your purchases, provide an estimated ship date and allow you to track your order once it has left.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We take extra care to ensure each product is packaged correctly with appropriate packing materials. If a package arrives with a damaged item, please advise us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure that the box and packing materials are kept until this claim is satisfied as additional information may be required.  All shipments sent from ResQstore are insured, but couriers have restrictions on the amount of time they allow for damaged items to reported. If a damaged product is not reported within the 48-hour timeline there is a potential for the claim to be rejected by the courier.
